Technical University of Mombasa (TUMEL) visited Kiziwi Children's home on 12th Dec, 2022, they did cleaning in the compound, washrooms and in the kitchen, they cooked food for the kids and ate together happily. Lastly, they planted a tree and gave their donation as they leave the compound.

Kenya National Highways Authority (KENHA) on Friday 29th Oct 2021 conducted the second monitoring and evaluation exercise for their beneficiaries after successfully completing their six months vocational training courses at Technical University of Mombasa - TUM. The students expressed their gratitude from the support and also the opportunity to study in new fields. The program was cordinated in partnership with Technical University of Mombasa Enterprises Limited. (TUMEL).
The training program was focusing on young people and was done in collaboration with Jumuiya Ya Pwani. The Ubuntu method leads to the core development of five main competencies, basic to human development: becoming a person. The first stage focuses on personal skills [ Self-knowledge, Self-confidence and Resilience ] and, the second stage enhances social and relational skills [ Empathy and Service ].
