TUMEL has equally been involved in consultancy services in up skilling of technical teachers and technicians of various TVET institutions and universities. The consultancy provided opportunity in informing TVET curricula development and reviews as well as understanding the needs of the industry on employability of the graduates. Additionally, TUM has been offering trainings to personnel of various private sector organizations in skills improvement. This has informed the formulation and successful implementation of TUM-Industry apprenticeship programmes. The individual experts earmarked for the project implementation have rich experience gathered from individual research activities and from projects carried by TUM through her enterprise wing (TUMEL).
